Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AREA (Free Shipping)

  • For all the online orders, We currently only ship to locations within the India with free shipping
  • We may Charge extra for some of the “Out of Delivery Areas “ .
  • There is a possibility that we may not be able to ship to some locations across India and that will be notified at the time of entering the pincode while ordering.
  • We ship E-scooters by various leading Freight Forwarders and Logistics Companies.
  • Information of shipping can be provided post the tracking number is generated

DELIVERY TIME

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)
  • For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The Shipping Carrier may take 10-18 days for your shipment to be delivered.
  • For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

SHIPPING CHANGES

  • NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
  • If you request for change in the address after the tracking number is generated, then applicable charges will be informed to you as it will be based on your changed address but we cannot guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
  • If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 12% of the E-scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 12% of the E-scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee
